I will ask you to complete a consultation form to check your medical history, make sure that you are able to receive the treatment and highlight the areas to focus on.

What happens during the session?
This treatment is performed remotely, it is advisable to sit or lie down in a comfortable place. You might want a light blanket, play soft background music and burn some incense. It is also wise to have a glass of water near you to drink after the session.

I will tune into your energy field, intuitively select the crystals and the healing will be sent remotely to you. After the treatment I will send you an email detailing which chakras I worked on and what crystals I used.

Hypnotherapy delves into your subconscious mind to remove self limiting beliefs, reduce stress and anxiety and help you achieve your goals.

What happens during a hypnotherapy session
Sessions take place over MS Teams from the comfort of your own home. You might want a light blanket and some cushions. You might also want a glass of water nearby when your session comes to an end. It is preferable that you wear headphones and are in a place that you will not be disturbed. You will need your camera on during this process. You will be asked to relax and close your eyes and will feel a deep feeling of relaxation and may even fall asleep. I will take you on a guided journey to make the changes that you wish to create. At the end I will bring you back into the room and we will discuss your session.

How many sessions you need will depend on how deep seated the issue is.

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality based on the idea that there is an invisible life force energy which flows through all living things. It is thought where this energy is low or stuck, it may cause disease and illness in a person. During a Reiki treatment blocks are removed and balance is restored. 

What happens during a Reiki treatment
I offer distance Reiki so you select the date and time you want the healing to begin. During the treatment it is advisable to sit or lie down somewhere comfortable where you will not be disturbed. You may want a blanket and have a glass of water to drink when the session is over. You may wish to burn incense or play healing music.

After the session I will let you know via email which chakras or areas of the body that I worked on.
