This is a deeply calming and energetically restorative treatment that works on your body, mind and spirit.

What to expect

Before your session, you’ll complete a short consultation form to share any relevant medical history and highlight areas you'd like to focus on.

The treatment is performed remotely, allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own home. You may wish to sit or lie down in a peaceful space, perhaps with soft music, a blanket, or incense — whatever helps you feel grounded and at ease. Have a glass of water nearby to help integrate the energy afterwards.

During the session, I’ll tune into your energy field and intuitively select the crystals that are most aligned with your needs. Healing energy will be sent to support the areas that need attention, restore balance and clear energetic blocks.

After the session, you’ll receive a follow-up email detailing which chakras I worked on, which crystals were used, and any intuitive insights that arose.

As well as promoting a general feeling of wellness, crystal therapy may help with:

60 minute session £60, payable in advance, includes full energy tuning, crystal selection, remote healing and post-session follow-up with insights.
