Hypnotherapy gently guides you into a deeply relaxed state, allowing us to work with the subconscious mind — where lasting transformation truly begins. Whether you're ready to release limiting beliefs, reduce anxiety, or align more fully with your goals, hypnotherapy can support powerful inner shifts.
What to expect
Sessions are held via Microsoft Teams, so you can relax in the comfort of your own home. You may wish to create a peaceful space with light blanket, some cushions and a glass of water nearby for when the session comes to an end.
To support your experience, it’s best to wear headphones, ensure you won’t be disturbed, and keep your camera on during the session.
You’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation — some people feel peaceful and floaty, others may even drift into sleep. From there, I’ll lead you through a guided journey to gently rewire limiting beliefs and support the changes you want to make.
At the end of the session, I’ll guide you back into the room and we’ll take time to reflect on the experience and any insights that emerged.

How many sessions will I need?
This varies depending on the depth and nature of the issue you’re working through. While some clients notice significant shifts in just one session, others benefit from a series of sessions to support long-term change.
How much does it cost?
60 minute session £60, payable in advance, includes guided session and post-session reflection
